Zenith Osteopathy - Expert Osteopath in Southport

I trained and worked as a professional dancer before studying osteopathy at
British College of Osteopathic Medicine where I qualified in 2008. I also trained as
a nurse at Kingston University and worked as a nurse at a major trauma centre in
London before moving to the north where I continue to work as nurse and an
osteopath.

I am passionate about identifying and treating problems within fascia meridians,
muscle imbalances and posture. I specialise in deep tissue massage and the use
of specific tailored stretches to ensure muscle imbalances and areas of tension
are rectified.
